The lyrical content of this song can be seen as "slut-shaming". I believe it is not.
There is no condemnation of the person in question in either the lyrics or the title. Yes, the song is about a very sexually active female. However, her promiscuity isn't shown in a negative light. All that's said is simply that "she has a crush on everyone" and it's not so bad. The lyric "it's not so bad when you know you're not the last guy she'll have" means that the recipient of that message (not the singer of the song) might have an easier time with the relationship once he realizes and accepts that the girl is not interested in having a monogamous, serious relationship at the moment because "she has a crush on everyone". I realize this song, especially due to the first few lines, can come off as snarky or sarcastic. My only response is that these lyrics were written sincerely.
In essence, the guy shouldn't feel like he is entitled to a relationship with her because they are sleeping together a lot. To be more specific, this song is about a thing I had with a girl who wasn't interested in a serious relationship. After we stopped seeing eachother, I was angry with her. However, I soon realized I shouldn't be angry at her because of that because she is not obligated to be in a relationship with me no matter how many times we have sex.
That's it. No one is obligated to anyone of any gender. If you want to talk more about this or are not convinced, my e-mail is vaaguilar@gmail.com

lyrics
And when she lays you down, does she tell you about the boys she's met? Does she try to pretend that you're the only one in her head? She has a crush on everyone. So you see her on the weekends. Who does she see on the weekdays? Does she even pretend that you're the only one in her head? You know it's not so bad, when you know you're not the last guy she'll have. She has a crush on everyone.
